Be blown away by HV Turbo

Posted: Wednesday 30th August 2017

Based in Denmark, HV Turbo is the world's leading manufacturer of geared aeration blowers for the sewerage, water processing, paper, pharmaceutical, food processing and energy industries. A combination of advanced design and manufacturing processes means that customers can be absolutely certain that they are buying a product that will prove both economical to run together with industry-leading levels of reliability and performance.

As with any machine though, regular servicing is almost a guarantee of a long life which is something that Hanwell based, Industrial Blower Services knows plenty about; they have been servicing HV Turbo geared blowers for the past three years. In fact, six service engineers were specifically trained to service HV Turbo geared blowers. Now, having recently been awarded Sales Distributor status, Industrial Blower Services are stepping-up their involvement and training a further six service engineers who will be based in three key locations around the UK - the Hanwell Head Office, Poole and Teesside.

This allows them to provide a full 5, 10 or 15 year costed service proposition which is geared towards the customers operation in order to enable long-term maintenance planning.

It is a fact that HV Turbo geared blowers are amongst the most energy efficient and reliable available. If you also consider that they offer the un-rivalled range of air flow across the Blower range of 1500 - 100000 Nm3/h (at 0oC, 1.013 bar, 0% rh) they provide performance, efficiency and asset integrity.

Graham Matthews is the Managing Director of Industrial Blower Services: "Over the past three years, it hasn't been unusual to be asked to service a HV Turbo blower that has continuously run for over 120,000 hours with nothing more than minor servicing - nearly fourteen years! This isn't a policy that we would recommend. Regular annual maintenance will ensure an almost indefinite life span."
