Gloucester-based Pump Supplies, which specialises in offering reliable pumping solutions, has made its much anticipated move to its new premises in Gloucester.

Due to the expansion of the firms operations, Pump Supplies, which employs 22 staff in Gloucester, has now leased a 32,000 square foot unit in the Morton Valence area of the city, which is eight times the size of the company’s previous depot.

Barry Jones, director for Pump Supplies is delighted with the new premises and stock yard, which covers little over 1.5 acres in total. He comments: “As a business we aren’t immune to the current economic climate, but we believe we will be in a more favourable position to support a wide variety of pumping projects when the market picks up due to our vast range and selection of pumps and technical equipment now based at our larger depot.

“We’re thrilled to have now moved to our new facilities as they offer far greater capacity than our previous unit. Our new location includes dedicated areas for technical and mechanical engineering, the stock yard and parts department as well as our brand new offices.”
