Otto Graf GmbH acquires SCP Water Management to form Graf UK

Otto Graf GmbH has acquired SCP Water Management to create the new company – Graf UK.

Otto Graf GmbH, the European market leader in rainwater harvesting and stormwater management products, combines strengths with SCP Water Management to form Graf UK Ltd.

SCP Water Management has been a major importer of Otto Graf GmbH products into the UK market for several years, making the acquisition a natural step. Well- matched goals and aligned operating methods mean that the two companies will swiftly gel. Graf UK will have a stronger brand presence and improved service in the UK market and will quickly secure opportunities to grow its business within the UK.

Combining the European network and resources of Otto Graf GmbH with the sales expertise and local industry knowledge of SCP Water Management will enable the company to deliver a high quality, comprehensive, service to local UK customers.

Graf UK will provide the full range of Graf products in the UK including rainwater harvesting, stormwater management and wastewater treatment systems. The company to set up distribution agreements with national and independent builders merchants and buying groups throughout the UK to reach additional customers and to provide excellent value for money.
