Stormsaver has strengthened its support team with the appointment of Dean Richmond as a new technical engineer.

Dean Richmond, who worked as an engineer in the technical and electrical engineering industry for the past 30 years for clients including BAE Systems, the Royal Air Force and Bailey Maintenance, will join the growing Stormsaver team to help provide a complete after-sales technical care package.

“Dean is highly experienced in helping customers deal with technical issues, so we are very pleased to have him join the Stormsaver team,” said Lisa Farnsworth, sales director at Stormsaver. “Our rainwater harvesting systems have consistently proved to be highly reliable, but just to ensure a complete piece of mind, our technical engineers offer clients a full and comprehensive service throughout the product lifecycle.

“As well as site visits for regular maintenance work, Stormsaver’s technical engineers also provide telephone support for clients who need advice on the installation of our systems as well as identifying and solving any technical faults.”

As the UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of rainwater harvesting systems, Stormsaver regularly works with more than half of the UK’s top 150 construction companies across a range of industry sectors, providing innovative water management to help save water, money and the environment.
