MWH opens new office in the South East
Environmental engineers and water experts MWH have opened a new office in Crawley, at the Tilgate Forest Business Centre.
The office, near junction 11 on the M23, will eventually employ 70 staff. Steve Render who heads the Crawley office explains: “Initially the new office will employ between 10 and 20 staff, and by the middle of June we will have around 40 staff on site.
“Some of these are part of our joint venture, known as 4D, and they will be relocating from the Horsham Design Centre in Sussex, with additional staff also relocating from other MWH offices. The office will then build up to the full capacity by the end of the year, recruiting new staff and creating over 30 new jobs in the area.”
Colin Page, MWH Business Unit Director said: “MWH has been looking to open a new office in the South East for a while and Crawley was the ideal choice for us. The office is perfectly placed for serving Southern Water, and a number of other key clients in the south of England. The office has excellent facilities and transport links, and we are really looking forward to getting up and running.”
