New six year mechanical and electrical (M&E) contract for the Eastern region awarded.

Morrison Utility Services, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading service providers in the utilities sector, has been awarded a six-year M&E contract by Southern Water with a potential extension for a further five years. Its teams will provide mechanical and electrical engineering services for Southern Water’s non-infrastructure assets including pumping stations and water treatment works.

Focused on Southern Water’s Eastern region incorporating Kent and East Sussex, Morrison Utility Services will support Southern Water in its response to the Environment Agency-led National Environment Programme. Southern Water is making a significant investment to deliver the schemes.

Morrison Utility Services has worked with Southern Water for over 10 years providing valued M&E resources and expertise. Work will start on the new contract on 1st July 2009.
