EXTENSIVE INVESTMENT IN THE MIDLANDS AND ONLINE FOR CSG

CSG, one of the UK's leading suppliers of quality civil engineering products has significantly upped their game with investment in a new larger premises in the Midlands for the Pipeline Division, and the development of a stronger online presence for their Valves and Actuation Division.

The increased investment in resources and heightened exposure in the Midlands will ultimately enhance their customer service provision, offering clients a more efficient and comprehensive service across Pipelines, Valves and Actuation and Access Covers.

The Pipelines division, which has serviced the water and wastewater industries for over ten years, has this month moved to larger premises in the heart of Derbyshire offering greater convenience for customers, as well as more capacity for bigger more complex engineering jobs.

Placing customer requirements as priority, the Pipeline's team has introduced a raft of new services including; on-site fabrication facilities, a new call and collect service, emergency repairs and an increased stockholding capability to ultimately to minimize lead times. They also offer next day deliveries throughout the Midlands.

In addition, CSG Valves and Actuation based in Telford, has invested in a state-of-the-art new website www.csgvalves.com specifically dedicated to the valve division and reflecting the significant business growth in this area.

The easy to navigate, customer orientated site spans the clean and dirty water industries, as well as fire and gas. It provides engineers with extensive product details and specifications complete with downloadable data sheets.
