EVOQUA WATER TECHNOLOGIES BOLSTERS TEAM AND ENHANCES CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFER

Evoqua Water Technologies, a leading water and wastewater treatment solutions provider, has expanded its product management and customer services teams and opened a specially-designed national customer service centre in Derby.

As part of its commitment to delivering innovative solutions to the industry, Evoqua Water Technologies, which boasts a global workforce of approximately 4,000, has boosted its UK product management team with the appointment of Panagiota Letsou. As part of her role as Product Manager, Fixed Analytical Solutions, Panagiota will be responsible for product management of Wallace & Tiernan® chlorination analysers and controllers. Panagiota, who recently presented a paper on hypochlorite sensors to global industry experts at the 60th International Instrumentation Symposium (IIS), joins the rest of the Evoqua team who cover chlorination, proactive infrastructure management and on-site electrolytic chlorination systems.

In addition to enlarging its product management team, Evoqua Water Technologies has also appointed new customer services team members who coordinate and facilitate all requests for servicing across the company’s range of products and solutions. The new team members include Customer Service Coordinators Katie Alderman and Sue Jenkins, Customer Service Field Administrator Fran Perry, Customer Services Inventory Coordinator Melissa Brenchley, and Customer Service Manager David Lawrence. The team is headed up by Director of Customer Services Mark Boston and operates from a new customer services centre in Derby.

The focus of the national customer service centre is to provide the highest levels of efficient service and a single phone number and email address is used to make the process as easy as possible for customers.

Evoqua will also be launching a new laboratory and development centre in Kent which will enable the UK team to improve existing product ranges as well as develop new solutions to meet the varied needs of its growing customer base.
