EPS expand in the UK by acquiring Conder Environmental Solutions

EPS Pumping & Treatment Systems (EPS), the innovative Irish Water and Wastewater Treatment Firm has acquired the business activities of Conder Environmental Solutions (CES) from UK based Conder Environmental Plc. With this acquisition, EPS, who have already experienced enormous success in Ireland, will be reinforcing their expertise and experience in the UK market.
CES has extensive manufacturing and sales located at Peterlee in Durham & a Southern Regional Support Office at Farnborough in Hampshire, CES now form part of the EPS group of companies who have a proven track record in the Design, Manufacture, Installation, Commissioning and operation of Water and Wastewater Treatment and Pumping Solutions will now be able to extend its range of services and offerings to the Water Utility Market, to Industrial and Commercial end users.
CES’s business is focused on three specialist divisions, Conder Products, Conder Technical Solutions and Conder Pumping Solutions – all of which complement EPS’s existing offering. The combination of both will offer world class solutions for temporary or permanent water & wastewater treatment and pumping needs as well as lease hire options for intermediate solutions such as Conventional Activated Sludge (CAS), Submerged Aerated Filters (SAF), Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) and Surface Aeration Upgrades and Tertiary Treatment options.

The Division also provides turnkey design solutions for alternative and specialist above/below ground engineered vessels.
