Enpure announce two contracts for South East Water

Enpure are delighted to announce that they have negotiated two contracts for the refurbishment and enhancement of two of South East Water treatment plants at Forstal and Shellbrook. Both schemes have fast track programmes to meet DWI deadlines by March 2011.
Forstal WTW, supplying the Maidstone area, will have a new Breakpoint Chlorination Process for ammonia reduction enabling continued use of the existing aquifer. Shellbrook WTW, near Haywards Heath, will have new Activated Carbon Filters to remove taste and odour derived from natural algal compounds from the Ardingly Reservoir.
Both projects differ technically but have the same programme constraints and will therefore be co-ordinated by the same project team.
