Sustainable travel information & charitable car parking:

“Lost in the Flood” has been made a free-to-attend event with the proviso that those of you who can lower your carbon footprint and travel by an environmentally friendly means on the day, please attempt to do so. Sustainable travel options include public transport and car sharing. Travel details will be e-mailed to you.

As there is very limited spare car parking available at The Arup Campus, for those who do choose or need to drive, the event will also be supported by our Blythe Valley neighbours Virgin Active (approximately 150m away). Virgin have kindly made their front car park available to us for the day of the event. In partnership with Virgin Active, “Lost in the Flood” will levy a charitable car parking fee for the day of £10; this fee will be split equally between the Water Aid and Virgin’s Unite charities.

Those of you who can travel sustainably but would also like to donate to either charity on the day, your welcome support would also be much appreciated.
